Rate of Pay: £13.40 per hour

Duration: 

This is a temporary position from 3 June - 5 September 2025. The normal working week in June will be 35 hours, between 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday. However, during the Castle Concerts and Tattoo periods there will be an expectation to work nearer to 42 hours, between the hours of 14:00-23:00 hours Monday-Friday and 12:00-23:00 hours on Saturdays (plus Friday 22 August). You will be on duty every performance night.

Castle Concerts run from 3 - 13 July. The Tattoo runs from 1 – 23 August, with performances on Monday – Saturday. There will also be a Preview performance on 31 July.

Key Duties: 

  • Support assigned commercial partners, nurturing strong, positive relationships across our concert series and Tattoo event.
  • Coordinate and execute partner activations during the Tattoo’s event season, ensuring seamless delivery of contracted rights, including branding, hospitality, and experiential activations, marketing deliverables, on-site visibility, adhering to timelines and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver creative and high-impact partnership activations.
  • Contribute to reporting processes, including capturing photographic records of activation for post-event reports showcasing the value delivered to partners.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or enhancing current partnerships through new initiatives or rights.
  • Assist the Commercial Partnerships Manager in onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Provide on-the-ground support to partners during the Tattoo season, ensuring smooth execution of activations and addressing any challenges promptly.
  • Assist with event logistics, including hospitality arrangements and partner-specific requirements.

Essential Criteria: 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Understanding of brand dynamics, positioning, and marketing principles.
• Good project management and time management skills.
• Hardworking and reliable.
• Proven experience managing a range of stakeholders and personalities.
• Able to troubleshoot where necessary.
• Experience of and a genuine desire to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• The ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
• A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt quickly.

Desirable Criteria: 

Understanding of military traditions, arts, and culture is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the sponsorship sales process or a background in generating partnership revenue.
• Event delivery experience.
