The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is a world-class event, rooted in Scottish tradition, offering audiences an experience like no other. Performed to a live audience of 220,000 each year on the iconic esplanade of Edinburgh Castle, the Tattoo showcases creativity through music, precision performances and dance from military and cultural acts from around the globe.

Assist with the administration and delivery of the Tattoo guest list, supporting and logging the compilations of guest details and successful issuing of guest invitations via a digital CRM system.

Assist with a range of tasks to support the smooth operation of the 2026 Edinburgh event accreditation under the general direction of the Senior Events Manager and Accreditation Manager. The role involves extensive contact with performer groups, military, cultural/arts agencies and multi-agency groups for all accreditation requirements.

Operate a spotlight from the lighting gantry of The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo venue at Edinburgh Castle, to enhance the visual special effects in the outdoor show and highlight key figures.
